Dr. Gikonyo’s journey in the operating room

The autobiography, published by East African Educational Publishers (EAEP), not only elaborates Dr. Gikonyo’s journey in the operating room as one of Kenya’s top cardiovascular surgeons, but also delves into the pivotal historical moments such as the pre-colonial struggles of the Mau Mau struggle and the post-colonial multi-party struggles towards Kenya’s second Liberation.
East African Educational Publishers CEO Kiarie Kamau said the autobiography is a not just a narration but a multi-layered work of his story and a history of Kenya.
“Doctor at Heart works as one of the best motivational books especially for young people eager for mentorship and guidance because it delves into his journey of a young man who conquered numerous tribulations.
